At DEWACO we are committed to protecting the quality and diversity of the Local and Global Environment, through the implementation of our Environmental Policy. In every part of our business we will:

  • Develop systems of work which will identify ALL internal and external issues and evaluate our risks so that we can effectively protect the environment by preventing pollution, eliminating / reducing waste and minimizing the consumption of resources. We will also encourage and influence our suppliers, customers and third parties to consider their life cycle impacts of their activities in a combined effort to protect the environment.
  • Ensure our services, are developed and maintained in a sustainable manner encouraging biodiversity and best ecological management practices.
  •  Deliver an effective environmental performance ensuring that environmental plans and waste avoidance / reduction plans are in place and implemented on every Project and in all of our team.
  • Operate our assets and facilities and conduct our business in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Promote elimination and minimization of waste by measurement and evaluation.
  • Demonstrate respect for our environment by being exemplary custodians of all property and land in our ownership and to ensure the environmental performance of our services is of the highest standards.
  • Meet or exceed compliance standards and our Environmental obligations.
  • Ensure that environmental impacts of the business are eliminated or minimized through partnerships and effective integrated management systems.
  • Actively promote reuse and recycling internally and with stakeholders where opportunities exist.
  • Ensure that our service has the minimal effect on nature and natural resources.
  • This policy will be communicated to all employees and available to all interested parties
